Kutatási eredményeimről a szűkebb szakterülethez kötődő publikációkban foglaltam össze.
  • A két terület kutatásai közvetlenül segíthetik a lelkipásztorokat szolgálatuk hatékonyabbá tételében, a stressz szintjének csökkentésében, s ennek eredményeként a kiégés lehetőségeinek korlátozásában. A lelkipásztor a gyülekezetben történő tanítványnevelés irányítójaként rendkívüli hatást gyakorolhat a gyülekezeti életre. Ide tartozik a tagok lelki szintjének emelése, a problémás helyzetek számának csökkentése, a lelkipásztori szolgálat megelégedési szintjének emelése, a tagok egyértelműen pozitív befolyása a társadalomra.
